Restrictions

  • Not valid between Cardiff Central and Newport to Cheltenham.
  • All tickets are issued according to the National Rail Conditions of Carriage and are non-transferable.
  • If you lose or damage your railcard, a replacement will be considered on an application, and an administration fee of £2.50 may be charged.

Concessionary Travel Pass

If you have a Concessionary Travel Pass issued by any Welsh Local Authority, you’re eligible for 1/3 off local fares on the Cardiff and Valleys network, on or after 09.30 Monday to Friday and anytime Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays without the need for a railcard.
